PhotoJoy is a free downloadable application that uses your photos to produce neat desktop widgets, 3D photo screensavers and wallpaper collages.
You can either use photos located on your computer, or ones uploaded to your Flickr account. PhotoJoy can also use your Flickr stream to keep your photos fresh.

Uploading your photos to PhotoJoy is quick and simple. You can choose to upload photos saved on your computer or any photos from your Flickr account.
In addition, PhotoJoy also offers a Web streaming option that automatically updates your PhotoToys (their widget), screensavers and wallpaper collages with new photos from Flickr as soon as they become available.
PhotoJoy runs well on most Windows setups, but Mac is not supported right now.
