Socialwok helps organizations to use rich media feeds to collaborate effectively within and outside an organizations business processes. Using this app, they can manage their social media interactions with the world. better. 
Socialwok integrates Google Apps services which helps you share calendars, docs, spreadsheets and presentations amongst users, it even lets you add media from other sites like YouTube and SlideShare.
It offers Facebook-like activity streams, and lets you publish to Twitter, FriendFeed, Facebook or LinkedIn.
How Does it Works ?
To log into SocialWok, you don’t need to create an account with them. You can log in using your Google Docs account.
Once you have logged in, you get a central feed. Other feeds can be created, such as for different teams in an enterprise, and those feeds can be made private so that you only have access to feeds you’re invited to.
These feeds don’t refer to RSS feeds. They basically mean activity streams roughly equivalent to FriendFeed.
Socialwok Additional Features
Socialwok lets you send email to specific feeds on your network, and share those feeds with people outside your domain as you see fit.
Socialwok also promises mobile support for iPhone, Android and Blackberry, and integration with the Google Wave.
The basic version of the service is free, but additional administrative services and dedicated services will be available for a price.
