They also offer various services which include logo design, trademark filing, infringement monitoring and brand protection.

Comprehensive Search for Trade Mark

Their search process is really comprehensive : you can specify a range for a filing date as well as choosing a category from the ones that make up the database.

You can also search for trademarks (both active and dead) registered by different companies and by their theme or subject matter.

Register New TradeMarks

People who are looking to create a new business name, slogan, or logo can get creative ideas and inspiration for new marks.

Trademarkia has also created a unique way to automate and simplify state and federal trademark registrations.

Monitor your Brands

Trademarkia offers a valuable service to businesses looking to protect the brands they already own.

It enables businesses to keep an eye on their competitors who try to file trademarks, domain names, and start websites which are confusingly similar to the brands that they worked hard to build and protect.

Users simply indicate the brands that they want to monitor, and can receive free online reports and updates on activities of counterfeiters.

Trademarkia Founders
