Logitech to Buy Video Conferencing Company LifeSize Communications for $405

Logitech International SA, a maker of mice, webcams and other computer peripherals, announced that it has agreed to buy video conferencing company LifeSize Communications of Austin, Texas for $405 million in cash.

LifeSize is a provider of high definition (HD) video communication solutions, with more than 9,000 video conferencing customers across 80 countries in large enterprises,
