Getting started is easy - Just import your artists from one of your existing music services such as iTunes, last.fm, Pandora and afterwards it will let you track your favorite artists and create a custom concert cloud using all upcoming shows in your area.
You can also narrow results by date, ticket price, and distance from your city.
Bandsintown also help you locate the perfect set of tickets. In fact, it compiles a list of tickets for the show from all the most popular ticket sales sites.
Remote Concert Experience with Twitter Integration
Bandintown is leveraging Twitter to help you gain a remote concert experience. You can log into the site with your Twitter account to set up your profile.
Then when you’re at a show, simply add the #live hashtag to send your tweets to Bandsintown and have them collected in a personal concert archive. You can also access a real-time Twitter stream that displays tweets from local shows by your favorite artists,

They also released an iPhone app that lets you see local concerts based on your musical tastes and geo-location.
