Consim Info Planning to Raise Funds For BharatMatrimony and IndiaProperty

Chennai-based Consim Info, formerly BharatMatrimony group, is looking at raising funds for Perspi Interactive, while preparing to launch an IPO for its profit making ventures (BharatMatrimony.com and IndiaProperty.com) in the next one or two years.

Consim plans to hive off some of its online properties such as ClickJobs.com, IndiaList.com and IndiaAutomobile.com under a subsidiary named Perspi Interactive.
