ISRO to Launch ‘Jugnu’ Satellite Made by IIT-Kanpur

A satellite developed by IIT Kanpur ‘Jugnu’ that will provide information on natural calamities will be handed over to scientists of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on 6th March by President Pratibha Patil.
After testing it, ISRO will launch the satellite from Sriharikota. The satellite will help in gathering prior information regarding flood, drought and disaster management.

These include sites that outsource their shopping cart or payment functions to third-party providers and those that do not collect sensitive personal information.

US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has approved Google’s application to buy and sell energy in the open market through its subsidiary Google Energy.
The FERC application approval, however, notes that neither Google Energy nor its affiliates own or control any generation or transmission, nor do they have a franchised service area for the sale of electricity to captive customers.
