BrandJury - Talk Back To The Ads
Brand Jury is a community driven site where users can rate and comment on ads and even post their own versions. Their goal is to increase the quality and utility of online, television, and print marketing through interaction and feedback between consumers and advertisers. Consumers can use Brand Jury to tell advertisers what they like or dislike and advertisers can use Brand Jury to respond the criticism in an effort to increase their popularity with consumers.
Aimed at promoting a collaborative dialogue between online marketers and Internet users, BrandJury.com combines content management tools, social networking features and voting modules into the web’s first Marketing 2.0 platform. Their platform allows advertisers and Internet users to upload and convert advertisements into compelling and interactive site content subject to community reaction and feedback. Positive reaction and feedback will elevate an ad’s visibility and motivate advertisers to adopt the changes the community suggests.
Brand Jury wants to “democratize” advertising and will let users vote and render verdicts on the ads and will let advertisers post their ads on the site to see how well they may perform before they get out into the wild. The ads that garner the most votes will rise to the top, while those that have the fewest will sink to the bottom.
Their beta version is launching soon, In which you can not only watch ads on their site, but also talk back to the advertisers. Tell them what you like about it, what you don’t like about it, vote it up, vote it down, and watch as the advertisers revise to suit the tastes of the community.
