The design looks raw and needs a lot of improvement. Even the product information is very less to make an informed decision.
There is a definite need to look at the International Role Model sites which works in similar domain.

Faayda is another of the traditional jobs search portal. Though they differ in one aspect, it claims to aggregate jobs from many other jobs site and corporate websites which help widen their reach.
There is not much to write about the design of the website which seems pretty ok and quite similar to a normal jobs site. The website seems to be ispired a lot from the very famous job search engine “Indeed”.
