Twitter is a micro blogging site which lets you update your status within 140 character limit. Links and text can be posted through twitter but it misses on pics.

ImageShack which is one of the known name of image hosting site has came up with useful service named yfrog. It lets you post pictures and images through your twitter account.
How do I Tweet using yfrog?
To post an image, browse it from your PC or upload from a URL, enter your message and twitter account credentials and submit it. After uploading picture it will give you some normal embed codes and thumbnail codes as well.
yfrog makes tweeting photos a breeze and your friends will also be able to easily retweet any yfrog post directly from the landing page.
yfrog is supported by ImageShack’s back-end for high performance and reliability.
Yfrog also provide their API, but only for those who plan to give it a non-commercial use. If you are a developer and wish to employ this API professionally you must contact the team and reach a prior agreement.
