TuneIn is a new service that offers a visual media dashboard to add multimedia content to Twitter feeds.

It’s almost the same as Twitter interface, except that of a sidebar that keeps track of all the links your friends tweet. The more re-tweets one gets, the higher on the list it goes.

You can sort this media by popularity and recency, and can even filter it by type.

TuneIn builds a channel from various multimedia modes such as articles, videos and photos recommended by the people you follow on Twitter. These Channels are a great way to ensure that your friends’ Twitter updates aren’t lost in the flood of updates from blogs, websites, and celebrities you follow.
